This unit uses a ZJ Roots pump as the main pump or intermediate pump, and a WLW type vertical oil-free pump as the front-stage pump in series. Because the WLW type pump uses oil-free lubrication, it can obtain clean vacuum. Therefore, after adding a tail gas collection device, useful gas can be recovered; at the same time, it avoids the discharge of a large amount of wastewater produced by the water ring unit. However, it is not suitable for extracting corrosive gases or gases containing particulate dust.
