WL, 2WL Series Vertical Reciprocating Vacuum Pump
At present, the new WL and 2WL series vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps produced by our company are the replacement products of the original W-type horizontal vacuum pumps. Compared with W series horizontal vacuum pumps, this pump has the following advantages:
1. The average wear rate of cylinders, piston rings, crankshafts, piston rods, crossheads, etc. is reduced by more than 10 times, and the life of the valve is increased by about 50 times.
2. The power consumption is reduced by about 1/3, the floor area is reduced by about 2/3, and the water consumption is reduced by about 1/2.
3, due to the elimination of shear wave vibration, it reduces the noise.
4. WL and 2WL series vacuum pumps can be supplied in semi-oil-free form, which greatly improves the vacuum cleanliness and is an ideal equipment for food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
5. WL reciprocating pump is single-stage pumping, with a limit vacuum of 20 Torr. 2WL reciprocating pump for two-stage pumping, ultimate vacuum 1 torr. It can meet the requirements of different users for various vacuum degrees.
